PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an information retrieval system to speedily presents an answer to an inquiry from a user by generating trace information wherein the input contents of a user and the contents of a voice guidance are recorded and effectively using this trace information.;SOLUTION: A trace information generation part 37 in an interactive server 3 is equipped with a header information recording part 37a, a voice guidance content recording part 37b, and an input data sequence recording part 37c, and header information including the issued ID of the user and a retrieval date and time is recorded and the contents of the voice guidance showing the process of interactive leading and data that the user has inputted are recorded sequentially in time series to generate a trace information file.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
