SOLUTION: The carrier 3 in which the microorganisms are generated and immobilized on the surface and the inside is circulated between a waste water treating tank 2 and/or a waste raw water tank 1 and a microorganism separating device 5. The carrier 3 in which the microoganisms are generated and immobilized on the surface and the inside is pressed at the microorganism separating device 5. In this way, the carrier 3 to which the microorganism is not stuck and the liq. containing much microorganisms are separated.
