ARTIFICIAL CRUSHED STONE PREPARED BY USING LIGHT STORAGE/ REFLECTOR, TRAFFIC SAFETY TOOL, AND METHOD OF UTILIZING THE ARTIFICIAL CRUSHED STONE FOR TRAFFIC SAFETY FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visualize the existence of artificial crushed stone even during the night time in a traffic safety tool and a traffic safety facility by mixing reflection beads in a base body made of a mixing body of resin, light storage powder and inorganic filler, agitating the base body and molding the base body into a plate shape and crushing the molded product by a crushing machine. SOLUTION: After reflection beads 2 are mixed in a base body 1 made of a mixing body of resin, light storage powder and inorganic filler and the base body 1 is agitated and is molded into a plate shape, the molded product is crushed by a crushing machine and artificial crushed stone 3 is prepared. This artificial crushed stone 3 is mixed in a traffic safety tool and a traffic safety facility and is utilized. Resin and reflection beads 2 are made the same amount and light storage powder is made about 30% of amount of resin or reflection beads 2. Using amount of inorganic filler is adjusted according to an object to be used. As a result, the artificial crushed stone 3 is reflected by light during the night and the existence can be easily visualized because the artificial crushed stone 3 emits light when light does not exist.
