FINAL TREATMENT EQUIPMENT FOR WASTE, ITS CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND ITS WASTEWATER LEAKAGE DETECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a final treatment facility for waste wherein wastewater oozed out from the waste is prevented from leaking, natural purifying action to the waste by water is optimized without being affected by weather, a stabilization period can be shortened, a construction cost and running cost can be reduced, and it can be diverted to a good quality sport facility and a concert hall after its stabilization period. SOLUTION: A waste receiving part 13 wherein a roof 12 supported by a support or a cable is firstly constructed, its underside is excavated, and all surfaces of a bottom surface and a side surface are enclosed with steel sheet 15 so that wastewater leakage is prevented while invasion of ground water is prevented, is constructed. After storing the wastewater permeated to a bottom surface of the waste receiving part 13 in an equalization reservoir 18, the water treated by a wastewater treating means facility 19 is sprinkled from over the waste W by means of a pump 21 and a water sprinkling pipe 23. An aperture part in which an aperture area can be adjusted, may also be installed on the roof 12.
