PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radar signal processor by which detecting probability of a received signal can be enhanced by a method wherein the received signal is input, a pseudo signal is added to the front part of the received signal, the received signal is passed through a digital filter by excluding a Doppler frequency component near a speed of 0 and the same number of the received signals is taken out from the input. ;SOLUTION: By a pseudo-received-signal addition device 160, a pseudo signal is added to the front part of a received signal S(n) so as to be input to a digital filter 161. In order to continue a change in the phase of a signal in a point in which the pseudo signal and the received signal S(n) are continued, e.g. the pseudo signal is expressed by Expression I, and the received signal is expressed by Expression II, where A(n) and ϕ(n) represent the amplitude and the phase component of the received signal, and (j) represents an imaginary number. The amplitude and the phase of the received signal become symmetric while a received signal S(0)=A(0)exp(0) at the start of an input is used as the center. The change in the phase is not changed suddently at the start of the input, and it is possible to restrain a transient response due to the change in the phase. The output of the digital filter 161 is input by a signal fetch device 162, the number of received signals is fetched from the input, and degradation of the performance of a signal processor is suppressed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
