PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricity test device capable of simulating excellently lubricity of emulsion rolling oil in high-speed rolling. ;SOLUTION: This lubricity test device is composed of a steel plate sample falling device 2 for giving a prescribed velocity by free fall of a steel plate sample 1 in the vertical state of a plate surface 1a, an emulsion spray nozzle 4 for spraying emulsion rolling oil 3 to the plate surface 1a of the falling steel plate sample 1 from the direction perpendicular to the plate surface 1a, and an air blow nozzle 6 arranged on the position on the lower part of the emulsion spray nozzle 4 at a prescribed distance L, for blowing off the emulsion 3 which is not phase-inverted on the steel plate sample 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
