PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ascending kiln type dryer capable of efficiently treating even a material to be treated containing a large quantity of moisture like a crude refuse in a large quantity and a furnace having the dryer.;SOLUTION: In the ascending kiln type dryer comprising an opening 13 for receiving a material A to be treated a housing 12 disposed under the opening 13 and having an exhaust unit 15 for exhausting the material, and a plurality of receivers 11 disposed in the housing 12 between the opening 13 and the unit 15 to receive the material A and advancing down; a rotating center of the receivers 11 is disposed at a position alternately different along a vertical direction in the housing 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
