PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the setting and change of a keyword to an input document by presetting the prescribed keyword for each folder and applying the set keyword to a document image stored in this folder. SOLUTION: As the properties of folders 3 and 5, functions (keyword setting parts 4 and 6) capable of setting plural keywords are provided. A folder managing part 2 presets the keywords to the keyword setting parts 4 and 6 for each of folders 3 and 5. A document inputted from an image input part 1 is inputted to the prescribed folders 3 and 5 by operation such as darg & drop. Thus, the keyword set to the folder is automatically applied as the keyword of the input document. When this processing is drop to the folder 3, successively, the keyword of the folder 5 is added to the input document by drag & drop to the other folder 5, for example.
