PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a mud-pumping phenomenon caused on a railroad roadbed on which a track is constructed and to efficiently let mud water flow which causes the mud pumping phenomenon, into a side drain. ;SOLUTION: This railroad roadbed to be hardened with concrete and a well-drained material longer than a sleeper material to support a track on the railroad roadbed forming recinforcing work on a steady ground are positioned outside of the track a base part and a head end of which are respectively fixed on the sleeper material. Thereafter, it is arranged and fixed as the well-drained material directed diagonally frontward bt crossing the track by directing its base part in a direction where a train moves onward and directing its head end in a direction where the train passes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
