PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to exactly transfer his or her own will of a user to a nurse, care take or the like by dividing conversations, etc., (inclusive of picture patterns and picture characters) by kinds (genres) of the coversation necessary for nursing and caring and previously inputting the same into a computer.;SOLUTION: The nine screens previously divided by the kinds (genres) of the coversation necessary for nursing and caring are displayed on the menu screen displayed on the initial screen of the apparatus. The conversations, etc., (inclusive of the picture patterns and the picture characters) necessary for nursing and caring are inputted to the respective genres. The apparatus enables the nurse, the care takes, etc., to easily make input to a key 1 to a key 9 and enables the nurse, etc., to input voices (natural voices) from a microphone attached to an ordinary computer and to input the images, etc., captured from a digital camera, etc., when inputting the conversations, etc., to the respective genres. The easy selection and voice utterance are made possible by previously dividing the kinds of the conversations, etc., for every genre.
