UBR ROUTING WITH LOAD BALANCED IN ATM NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device that balances a load of UBR VCs through the use of an estimated band width value by forming a connection to a network based on a 1st attribute and a 2nd attribute different from the 1st attribute. ;SOLUTION: The system is provided with a communication network 12 that assists a connection and each connection includes a 1st attribute. The 1st attribute has traffic whose connection is not specified. A network 12 has a switch 14 and a link 16 for connecting to the switch 14 and the system has a routing module 18 connected to the switch 14. The routing module 18 has a device 20 that assigns a 2nd attribute relating to transmission to each connection on the network 12.
