PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception job processor and an IC card rack in an animal hospital or the like, by which an accounting processing and the processing of an inoculation certificate and a direct mail are easily executed through the use of a consultation ticket where main data of a patient is previously inputted and which is made into an IC card. SOLUTION: The reception job processor of the animal hospital or the like is composed of the consultation ticket 1 where main data such as a patient medical card number, an X-ray management number, an inoculation state and a memo written specially for the patient is previously inputted and which is made into the IC card and of a personal computer 26 where main data is displayed on a monitor by inserting the consultation ticket 1 into an IC card reading machine 27 and which is provided with software for processing the accounting processing, the inoculation certificate and the direct mail.
