PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle machine in a toll collection system enabling a driver in driving on a toll road to always recognize a current toll and capable of suppressing the use of unnecessary toll roads by alwaying recognizing the toll at the time of long-distance driving.;SOLUTION: The on-vehicle machine is included in the toll collection system provided with road side machines arranged on the road side of a toll road and on-vehicle machines loaded on respective vehicles and capable of transmitting each recognition code to each of the road side machines and receiving information related to a toll from the road side machine and constituted so as to collect a toll corresponding to the information from the account of a financial institution corresponding to the transmitted recognition code.
