PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pipe house for repelling birds from a fruit tree that can surely isolate fruits or the like from birds by readily covering the pipe house with a bird-repelling net, when necessary, with reduced cost and labor. ;SOLUTION: A fruit tree is wholly covered with a net N by utilizing the pipe structure that can cover the whole part of the fruit tree comprising the upper-supporting levers 10 and 10a and a plurality of movable stoppers 20, 20a that are slidably arranged to the upper supporting levers 10, 10a and long pipes 30 of which the top ends are fixed to the movable stoppers, while the lower edge is inserted into the ground. In no need of stationary structure, the structure can be readily set, only when it is needed, and all part of the net and the lever structure can be completely removed from the surroundings of the fruit tree after completion of the fruit harvest.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
