WOODY FLOORING MATERIAL WITH EXCELLENT DENT-FLAW RESISTANCE AND DRY-CRACK RESISTANCE AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a dent-flaw resistance and a dry crack resistance of a woody flooring material by sticking and laminating a half-cut intermediate density fiber plate divided in a thickness direction with divided surfaces used as connecting surfaces on a ground front surface of a plywood core material via an adhesive, and sticking a sliced veneer or a decorative sheet on a dense hard surface of the fiber plate at an opposite side of the divided surface. ;SOLUTION: A front plate, an intermediate plate, a core plate, an intermediate plate and a rear plate and adhesively laminated from above so that inside surfaces of the veneers become upper surfaces. The veneers are laminated so that fiber directions of the veneers become parallel, straight, parallel, straight and parallel in a length direction of the plywood and fiber directions. Relatively porous and soft divided surfaces are adhered as connecting surfaces to the ground surface of the front plate of the core material of the plywood via a thermoplastic synthetic resin adhesive by a cold pressing. Since the dense surface of the fiber plate is disposed on the front surface of the flooring base material, the flooring material having excellent dent-flaw resistance and dry crack resistance can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
