PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an efficient branching without remarkably changing ratio of a solid phase and a liquid phase by connecting a secondary pipe with a conduit so as to flow liquid or solid-liquid two-phase flow in a conduit tangentially and to generate revolutional flow on an upstream side of a branching part. ;SOLUTION: On an upstream of a branching part 1, a secondary pipe 3 flowing in a tangent line direction of a conduit 2 is provided. Liquid flowing on an upstream side of the conduit 2 or liquid supplied from the outside is injected from the secondary pipe 3 to the conduit 2 via a pressure supplying device 4. Revolution of solid-liquid two-phase flow 5 within the conduit 2 is imparted and solid-liquid two-phase flow 5 is branched by the revolution flow in the branching part 1. Liquid pressurized and injected by the pressure supplying device 4 may be newly supplied from the outside, and liquid as bypass flow separated from the solid-liquid two phase flow of the conduit 2 on the upstream side of the injection location or liquid separated from solid-liquid two-phase flow on a downstream side can be used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
