PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy and the working efficiency at site, and to reduce the cost by forming an exposed type fixed column base to be a precast concrete columnar base integrated with an anchor bolt manufactured in a shop. ;SOLUTION: An exposed type fixed column base 1 is formed by forming a precast concrete in a columnar shape, projecting a reinforcing bar 2 for joining an underground beam on a joining side surface of the underground beam, and projecting an anchor bolt piercing in the vertical direction from a lower surface. In addition, a pedestal for regulating the dimension which is provided with an upper plate part 7 for inserting the anchor bolt and formed in a box-shape by a gap provided on the side surface is installed on a lower end of the exposed type fixed column base 1, the anchor bolt 3 is inserted in an anchor bolt insertion hole to fix the exposed type fixed column base 1, a base concrete 12 is placed in the pedestal part for regulating the dimension, a steel column 8 is fixed to an upper end of the exposed type fixed column base 1 by the anchor bolt 3, and the underground beam is joined and fixed by the reinforcing bar 2 of the exposed type fixed column base 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
