PURPOSE: To permit a large-diameter steel tube to be set to great depth without the effect of bad influence such as noise and vibration in the surrounding atmosphere. ;CONSTITUTION: An excavator 30A is made up of a frame 31 to be supported by a support steel tube 40 and an excavating part 32 supported by the frame 31, and the part 32 is made up of an excavating arm 48 whose base end is supported in a rocking manner and an excavating head 51 provided on the lower end of the arm 48. The excavator 30A is pressed in by the steel tube 40, and steel tubes 10 are settled down while connecting the tube 10 with the steel tube 40 in order to set the steel tubes to great depth without causing noise and vibration.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
