The invention consists of a transport bag (11) fitted with an encoded closing and opening security system designed in the form of a special and removable clamp (3), closing the bag hermetically so as to preserve the confidential nature of its contents. In the event of a malfunction of the main security system (7), a central release mechanism (8) allows the system to be unlocked. In case of need, the main security system may be immediately replaced by a substitution security system: single-use grip collars (9), bearing an addressee or sender code (10). This bag is intended for the transportation of medical prescriptions, medicines or confidential documents, inter alia, the nature of which must remain strictly unknown to any person other than the sender and the addressee.
