"DIAGNOSIS OF, AND VACCINATION AGAINST POSITIVE RNA VIRUSES USING AN UNPROCESSED ISOLATED POLYPEPTIDE". The unprocessed polyprotein initially translated from the genome of a positive stranded RNA virus contains epitopic configurations that are not maintained in the processed proteins.
