An air conditioner with high efficiency differential cooled pipe, which includes J pipes and a low pressure circulating pump, has a first arc heat exchanger that is formed by corrugated multilayer plates in the shape of a ladder and J pipes alternatively stacked arched multilayer, and a second arched heat exchanger which is formed by arched multilayer J pipes and alternately stacked waveform-type evaporation faces. A low pressure pump is connected between the first arc heat exchanger and the second arc heat exchanger via piping. The air conditioner solves the problems of conventional air conditioners: high energy consumption, low air quality in the room and confined use of CFC's.
