"PROCESS TO PRODUCE AN EXTRACT PROVIDING TOLERANCE FOR APPLICATION TO AN INDIVIDUAL IN ORDER TO PROVIDE TOLERANCE AGAINST ALLERGENIC MATERIAL, EXTRACT OF ALLERGENIC SOURCE MATERIAL, PREPARATION, AND, USE OF THE SAME" control of depigmented and purified active allergenic proteins from indoor and outdoor source materials, the process of which produces fragments of allergens that retain epitopes by stimulating natural T-lymphocytes but are depleted of IgE-binding B cell epitopes, and activating agents of add-ons. The invention also relates to new pharmaceutical products. These allergen fragments do not demonstrate the disadvantages of conventional allergenic extracts for immunotherapy and can be used safely to induce a specific T cell anergy state and immunological tolerance in allergic humans.
