The systems are of good elasticity.Namely, they support any corruption of the minority of servers at any time period by an active adversary (malicious) (i.e., any subset less than half).Also described are general systems of public key with excellent elasticity which are "robust threshold schemes" (against the adversary.)And they are extended to systems "proactive" (against the mobile).The additional advantage of Pro activation in practical situations is the fact that, in a system threshold of long duration, an adversary has a long time (e.g.Years) to burst any servers t out of 1. On the contrary, the opponent in a proactive system has only a short period of time (e.g.One week) to burst at any t servers.The model of the mobile adversary seems to be crucial for such systems of "long duration" to transpose the secure network and infrastructure of e-commerce.
