"NET POLYMERS PREPARED BY MODELING (TLP'S) AND REACTIVE EXTRUSION OF THESE". The present invention is a process for preparing polyurethane polymers by extruding a freely flowing liquid polyurethane (TLP). A TLP is prepared from a polyisocyanate and a polyol at low temperature. Elastomeric polyurethane polymers can be obtained from TLP by a reactive extrusion process. The elastomeric polyurethane polymers thus obtained can be reprocessed as a melt (processed by melting) a number of times, and the polymers can be shaped in a number of useful ways.
