"(2'-PYRIDILOXI) REPLACED PHENYLACETAMIDE, USE OF THE SAME, PHENYLACETAMIDE, PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF THIS, COMPOSITION THAT IS SUITABLE TO CONTROL ANIMAL PESTIONS OR HARMFUL FUNGI, AND, PROCESSES TO CONTROL OXYGUS PIGS," relates to substituted 2 (2'-pyridyloxy) phenyl acetamides of formula (I) in which the substituents have the following meaning: R 1 = fluorine, chlorine, CH ~ 3 ~ or halomethane; R 2 2 = fluorine, bromine, alkyl or halomethane; R ^ 3 ^ = hydrogen or one of the radicals mentioned in R ^ 2 ^ and additionally R ^ 2 ^ = 6-chlorine when R ^ 3 ^ represents hydrogen, R ^ 3 ^ = 5-chlorine when R ^ 2 ^ represents fluorine,and the compound in which R^1^, R^2^and R^3^ represent chlorine, whereby R^1 cannot represent chlorine when R^2^ represents 5-trifluoromethyl and R^3^ represents hydrogen. The invention also concerns the processes for the production and use of these to combat fungi and animal pests.
