The invention is also directed at a method to prepare a suspension of particles of salt of non-agglomerated pyrithione,comprising the stages of formation of pyrithione salt particles in a liquid medium, in which the sonic energy (28, 30) is applied to the liquid medium during the formation step in order to produce the suspension of non-agglomerated pyrthion salt particles.
