Method for Thermal Processing of the Wheat Spirit and Bear Production Wastes and Nutritive Additive

Essence A method comprises dehydrating and drying the wastes of wheat spirit and bear production in vacuum apparatus in two stages. On the first stage sterilization of the wastes at temperature 100-1300C under the pressure of 2,5-3atm is effected during 40-45 min, and on the second stage - in the same condition during 160-170 min. up to the waste humidity 10-12%, after which the temperature is reduced to 70-800C. The obtained product is used as a nutritive additive in cattle breeding and poultry farming. 3. Field of Application Agriculture, in particular, food industry.
