The disposable rapid-heating boiling cup consists of a plastic cup at the bottom of which there is a resistor made of porcelain or similar with an internal wire heating coil of nichrome or cantal wire for the production of hot coffee such as Greek coffee, Nescafé, tea or hot chocolate. The resistance is 1 MIMAGE with an output into the cup during heating of 145 W and, on contact with the water or aforesaid decoction, boils it within 2 to 3.4 or 4 minutes. Power is supplied via a switch that plugs into the lighter socket of the vehicle and leads to the terminals of the resistor, with an output of 14 A (ampères), i.e. as much as needed by the lighter in a car to operate. This enables the preparation of disposable Greek or instant coffee and the brewing of tea, a chocolate drink, etc. The rapid-heating boiling cup has a double base to enable better stirring or use by the user, and has between one and three annular chambers on the inside to hold the beverages.
