Method of reconstruction of the cervix fore region defects after wide excisions

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery and oncology and is provided for reconstruction of the pharynx and concomitant covering of the soft tissues defect in the cervical fore region. The proposed method consists in preparation of the receiving bed, drawing of a free combined autotransplant, constituted of a myocutaneous lambo, containing the wide dorsal muscle with the suprajacent tegument and a scapular fasciocutaneous lambo with a single vascular pedicle, containing the subscapular artery and vena, reconstruction of the esophagus fore wall with the scapular fasciocutaneous lambo and covering of the soft tissue remaining defect with the myocutaneous lambo. The result of the invention consists in the esophagus reconstruction with resistant and well-vascularized tissue, reduction of vascular and septicopurulent complications and in increasing the plasty aesthetic quality.
