The modular system includes a register (10) for managing the records of shareholders or partners, an entities module (20) holding the administrative data processors, a consolidation state module (30) with the processors required for globally based management of cloned portfolios, and a title module (40) for covering all requirements for investment operations. Data representing the liquidity deposited with or withdrawn from the common fund is computed. The consolidation ratio is calculated and the cloned portfolios are re-balanced. A consolidation state is created of data structures for the processing of data of globally-based operations, which are valued on each cloned entity.
