The papers are each suspended from a pole which fits in a rack. One end of the pole is attached to a pistol grip device which is clamped onto the edge of the rack. The user inserts a coin in an aperture at the top of the grip. The coin insertion releases the grip, allowing the pole and paper to be removed. When the paper is returned to the rack, the coin can be removed.
