Stainless steel anchor wire for cavity walls, has wavy ends and flexible central part and is cemented between joints in brickwork or blockwork of inner and outer walls

This anchor wire is made from 4 mm diameter stainless steel. The anchor wires are used during construction to link the joints in the blockwork of an inner wall to the joints in the brickwork of an outer wall. The ends (2, 3) of the wire have a wavy form to provide for greater adhesion to the mortar. The center (4) of the wire is flexible to allow the wire to be bent to accommodate difference in height between the joints in the walls.
