Burner bed for mixture of natural gas and air, uses concentric tube mixer, two stages of flow division and ceramic burner elements to reduce resonance effects

The natural gas is mixed with air by a mixing device (13) which has concentric tubes. The mixture is fed (24) to the first flow divider (10) pierced by a regular pattern of holes (12). The second stage of flow division is a plate (6) pierced by a groups (9) of irregular pattern of holes (8). The mixture is then fed through the large numbers of holes (3) in ceramic burner elements. The construction reduces the chances of flame being extinguished due to resonance effects.
