The method of producing a liquid fertilising concentrate with microminerals, particularly for foliar application of the concentrate to potatoes, which is in the form of clear aqueous solution composed of nitrogen entered in the form of ammonia and urea, and boron in the form of sodium metaborate, and microminerals: copper, zinc and manganese entered in the form of sulphate and/or chloride, whereby in diluted ammonia water, in a strong alkaline medium, the following substances are dissolved by continual mixing: citric acid, preferably and/or ammonium citrate and/or sodium citrate and/or potassium citrate and/or EDTA and/or EDTA sodium salt, and the following microminerals are entered: copper, zinc and manganese in the form of sulphate and/or chloride and urea; further, boric acid dissolved in sodium hydroxide solution is entered in such an amount so that the fertiliser contains 0.45-0.55 percent of boron, preserving the mutual proportion of microminerals Cu:Zn:Mn:B = 1:3:3:1 with the tolerance of particular components +/- 10 percent, where microminerals are complexed with ammonia and the above-mentioned organic complexones.
