A process for preparing a compound of the formula IMG comprising reacting a compound of the formula IV with a carbonate base in an alcohol solvent. The compound of the formula IV is prepared by reacting a compound of the formula III with a methyl grignard reagent in an inert solvent. The compound of formula III is prepared by reacting a compound of formula II with an acetic anhydride and and amine base in a chlorinated solvent.
