With this device the patient himself records the variation in the effect of medication with time by pressing buttons on mobile equipment and stores this data on a recording medium. This equipment (1) has buttons by means of which the patient can enter the time at which the medication was taken and the time and value of any positive or negative effect. This variation in the effect with time is recorded and can be output via a chip and thus reproduced.
