This tool aims to semi-automatically sew the loops on dresses and more particularly on trousers and skirts. The tool has a pincer (9), a counter-pincer (19) and a transfer plane (1). These pieces are moved by the feeding mechanism of an automatically programmable sewing unit. The clothes are folded on the pincer and passes to the transfer plane via the counter-pincer so that the clothes don't touch the work surface of the sewing unit during the sewing operation done with splits (7).
