METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THE FRESH WIPING SOLUTION AND CLEANING OF SPENT WIPING SOLUTION AND INSTALLATION FOR ITS REALIZATION

The method for obtaining the fresh wiping solution includes following stages: obtaining the fresh wiping solution, its supply into one or several wiping baths, in which it is contaminated by inks, (a) cleaning of the spent solution coming from the wiping bath or baths, by chemical agent with obtaining of solution and precipitated inks, (b) settling of solution produced at the stage (A), with production of purified solution and concentrated solution and solid waste, and the use of the purified solution produced at the stages (b) and (c) as the fresh solution. The installation for obtaining the fresh wiping solution includes, at least, the softened water and cleans the wiping solution contaminated by inks from one or several printing machines for printing from the copper plates. It includes, at least, one unit (1) for obtaining the fresh wiping solution, at least, one wiping bath (2), into which enters the fresh wiping solution, where it is contaminated by inks. First tank (3) is used for the reception of solution from the baths for drying (2). Second tank (4) -for the reception of wiping solution from first tank (3) and chemical agent, in which the chemical agent reacts with the solution with obtaining of solution and precipitated inks. The setting tank (5) is intended for reception of solution and precipitated inks, tank (6) - for concentrated solution, connected with setting tank (5), receives the concentrated solution and precipitated inks coming from the settling. System of filtration (7) - for filtration of concentrated solution and precipitated inks. Tank for recirculation (8) receives the purified solution coming from the setting tank (5), and the purified solution coming from the filter press (7). The tank for recirculation (8) is connected with the circuit of obtaining the fresh wiping solution and the means for pumping over and transportation of the said solutions from one tank into another.
