Use of a compound for formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, in the preparation of a medicament for suppressing the rejection of allogeneic transplants in a mammal; CHEM wherein n, A, B, R1 and R2 are as defined above, or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in combination therapy with cyclosporin A or FK506.
