PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the drawbacks, such as peelability of a tacky adhesive and the deterioration of tacky adhesive power with lapse of time, by providing the rear surface side of a core with a high-density thermoplastic synthetic resin layer, a lower- density thermoplastic synthetic resin layer and a stopping area by the tacky adhesive in lamination successively from the core side. ;SOLUTION: A liquid absorptive core 4 is arranged between a front surface sheet 2 and a rear surface sheet 3 and the tacky adhesive area is formed by applying the tacky adhesive 9 on the rear surface 8 of the rear surface sheet 3 and is coated with release paper 10.
