A rule located inside the cover extends at right angles to the direction in which the cloth can be moved in and out of the cover. The cloth extends over both sides of the rule and the spring-loading fittings for the cloth act upon the rule. The cloth is attached at one end to the cover, from which it can be pulled out through a slot in a length edge. The cover is formed by two panels (3) forming a cavity in between for the folded-double cloth. Fittings are provided to apply a spring-loading force to the cloth to help pull it back inside the cover, and further fittings are provided to fix the cloth into position once it has been pulled out.
