The operating system uses a numerical control with parallel processing for interaction of the main and positioning axes (x,y,S1,P1), via a partial program divided into sets, providing the required values for the machine tool or robot movement. The first partial program set (N10) provides initial parameter values for both the main axes (x,y) and the positioning axes (S1,P1), with an additional criteria provided for each positioning axis, allowing the next partial program set (N20) to be processed when only the main axes of the preceding partial program set have been processed, or allowing the processing of the next set to be initiated only after processing both the main axes and the positioning axes.
