Physiotherapy apparatus for treating joint stiffness. Comprising a table (1) for the patient, consisting of a static board (5) and a moving board (6) which can move towards and away from the static board (5), and means for applying a traction between body parts patient; the moving board (6) is mounted so that it can also rotate about a horizontal axis (15), between a horizontal position and an inclined position, and about a vertical axis between two symmetrical end positions relative to the longitudinal axis of the table, and said means for applying traction comprising at least one traction cord and a system of pulleys (24, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42) to which the cord is associated for applying traction to a joint of patient in a desired direction. It has great versatility, allowing the treatment of cervical, lumbar, hip, shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle.
