Self-protection system for vehicles for fighting forest fires by means of the spraying of water

It consists of a fixed system for protecting vehicles for fighting forest fires by means of the formation of a "cloud" or "curtain" of water sprayed around it. It consists basically of a conduit which departs from the vehicle pump and of a series of spraying devices or booms, both of which may be varied, the former in terms of section and length and the latter in terms of number, as a function of the dimensions of the vehicle, the pump with which it is equipped and the surface area to be made wet. By means of the sprayed "cloud", the vehicle, in situations of breakdown, puncture or any other circumstance preventing it from escaping the closing-in of the fire, is protected from the flames or from the radiated heat that these generate.
