It DESCRIBES A PROCEDURE TO IMPROVE AIR QUALITY ENCLOSED SPACES IN A BUILDING THAT INCLUDES AT LEAST inactivating MOSTLY mycelia and mold spores ASSOCIATED WITH A SURFACE OF A MATERIAL OF BUILDINGS, APPLYING ON ENERGY SURFACE THERMAL initially contained in WATER VAPOR PRESSURE TO A GREATER THAN 1 BAR, in an amount sufficient to at least partially inactivating said mycelia and mold spores but essentially without causing damage to surface material.
