New thermo-acoustic panel applicable as cladding on roofs and facades, consisting of two corrugated, ribbed or ribbed metal plates, constituting the upper face (1) and the lower face (3), between which a thermo insulating core is incorporated -acoustic, consisting of a mineral wool panel adjusted to the profiles of the upper (1) and lower (3) face, completely filling the internal space stiffened by means of fixing elements (4), which cross the three constituent elements of the honeycomb, and at the same time they are fixed to the support structure adjacent to the lower face (3), this lower face (3) being able to present a plurality of perforations (3 "''), configuring the invention with an acoustic absorbent capacity.
