摘要

An excitation codebook includes a plurality ofcodevectors each generated with pulse positions andamplitudes obtained by training such as to reduce thedistance between the codevector and training speech data.The excitation codebook further includes a plurality ofsparse codevectors each generated with the pulse number,pulse positions and amplitudes obtained by training suchas to reduce the distance between the codevector andtraining speech data, the individual codevectors havingdifferent pulse numbers.
