Anamorphic technique for filming and projecting images of 360 degree

The technique consists in the use of an anamorphic lens, a cone realized with a mirror face or an equivalent optic prism, that must be placed in front of the lens of a video/digital/photocamera or of a projector so that it is possible to generate a conic anamorphic image able to perform a 360 degree panoramic view.
