The invention relates to a joining device (15) for joining two garment parts (13; 14). Said device has an annular ring (18) arranged on the first garment part (14) such that it can pivot about a ring section (22). A joining flap (19) is positioned on the second garment part (13) and connected to said garment part (13) by means of an annular ring (31) which is guided such that it is able to pivot about a ring section (34). The joining flap (19) comprises two longitudinal sections which succeed each other in the longitudinal direction. One of the longitudinal sections on one side of the joining flap (19) has an adhesive surface with hook elements and the other longitudinal section on the same side has an adhesive surface with loop elements.
