The invention relates to method and devices for computer-assisted hybrid system model determination and devices for regulating the hybrid system, wherein the hybrid system comprises a discrete partial system (102) and a continuos partial system (103). Predetermined process data sets for identifying the discrete and continuos partial systems are used in said method. Partial models are determined for the continuos partial system which are allocated to a discrete state of the discrete partial system identified on the basis of process data sets. To this effect, an identified discrete state of the discrete partial system is allocated to each process data set and the corresponding continuos partial model of the continuos partial system is determined on the basis of the process data set to which a discrete state has being allocated.
